Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to https://abbybubbapetcare.ca (the “Platform”), a website operated by Sarah Enright, doing business as AbbyBubba Pet Care (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Throughout the Platform, the terms “you” and “your” refer to any individual accessing or using the Platform. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our Platform.

 

2. Intellectual Property

We own or license all content and materials on this Platform, including text, images, logos, trademarks, and other materials, except for any third-party content explicitly noted (“Content”). This includes but is not limited to the “Press the Paws Button” or “Press Paws” logos and photographs.

 

3. Use of the Platform

(iii) impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;

 

(iv) using or attempting to use the Platform to gain unauthorized access to any other party’s data or network, or collecting or storing personal information about others without authorization;

 

(v) attempting to interfere with the Platform’s data, functionality, network, or network security;

 

(vi) using the contact form or any interactive feature of the Platform to send spam, unsolicited marketing communications, or other unauthorized solicitations;

 

(vii) uploading, posting, or transmitting any material that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful or disruptive code or components; or

 

(viii) otherwise using the Platform in a manner that, in our opinion, could adversely affect other users' ability to use the Platform or the integrity of our business operations.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, including the Time to Pet portal for scheduling and payment. We do not control the content of these third-party sites and do not endorse, recommend, or approve any third-party websites or their content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content, advertising, products, services, or other materials on or available from such third-party sites. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services available on or through any linked site or service.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Platform is controlled and operated in the Province of British Columbia, Canada, although information may be stored on servers in other jurisdictions in Canada. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing your use of the Platform. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved by the parties involved, then through mediation, and if unresolved, ultimately by arbitration in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
